Abstract

Research with the title Error Analiysis Language In Universty Student Essay third grade of Ar-Raniry Islamic University was written by Rizka Safitri, the number of student’s stem 160202170.
The main objective in learning a foreign language (Arabic Language) is a student mastery against all the elements of language and can practice the language in the form of spoken or written. There are some skills in Arabic learning skills is listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. This is due to the ability to write requires mestery of various linguistic elements that will bethe contents of the writing. As for writing skills training is often conducted in learning is essay. In practice, there are still many mistakes in the student essay. It therefore requires the existence of a languge error analysis to determine the errrors that often do students currently fabricate that could ultimately be used as a reference to determine the corrective action the student essay and strategies to improve student’s writing skills. And the purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know what language errors on third grade university student essay and whats are the problems that faced by university student to improve student’s writing skills. And the research method that pin focus in writing this scientific paper is qualitative and quantitative method or Mixed Method. As for the sample of this research, the researcher chose the Department of Arabic Language Education at the Islamic State University of Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in the third level for the 2018-2019 academic year, in the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training. The researcher took 15 students and one of the Insyak lectures. As a result of the research, the researcher found that mistakes occur in a large number in grammatical errors (Nahwu-Sarf) and its equivalent 1.5. The problems that faced by university student arein learning the Arabic language which the researcher found to be related to the students, the educational background of the students themselves, weakness in correct grammar, lack of vocabulary, lack of interest in correct language composition, failure to read Arabic books etc.
