Alfian Ibrahim: The Conceptor of Higher Education from West Coast Aceh

Alfian is a humble man that can easily commune-cate with every people. As I remembered, He started his role upon the process of establishing Permit of Operation for the University of Teuku Umar. The government of West Aceh District and the panel of institute asked for his help upon the permit. With his outstanding lobby and negotiation ability, he could present and could convince the Government of Indonesia to convert the university status from college to be a university.
