The Enforcement of Jarimah Ikhtilat Regulations Among Adolescents by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) and Wilayatul Hisbah in Banda Aceh

Implementation Islamic law in Aceh through Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Law Criminal Law arrange various prohibition , one of them crime ikhtilat . However , still found violations among child under age in Banda Aceh City which shows existence gap between norm law and reality social . Problems in study This is How role Satpol PP and WH in prevention crime ikhtilat in children under age , how effectiveness handling crime review by Satpol PP and WH in Banda Aceh City, and what just obstacle Satpol PP and WH in prevention crime ikhtilat in children under age . Research This use approach juridical empirical with method qualitative . Data obtained through interviews , observations , and documentation , then analyzed in a way qualitative . Research results show that Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah play a role active through patrols , socialization , coaching , and supervision . However , the effectiveness handling not optimal because limitations source power , low awareness law , weakness control social , as well as the influence of social media . With thus , it can concluded that prevention crime ikhtilat in children in Banda Aceh City has not fully effective and necessary a more approach comprehensive and collaborative with involving family , institution education , and society .
