Abstract

Public service in an absolute obligation of the government in an effort to fulfill excellent services to the public. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service developed in rhythm with the reform of government bureaucracy from traditional to innovative. One form of services developed by the Banda Aceh city government is the innovation of the Public Service Mall).
