Abstract

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between nine types of intelligence (logical/Mathematical, interpersonal, verbal/Linguistic, visual/Spatial, musical/Rhithm, kinesthetic, natural, existential and intrapersonal) and grammatical of foreign language learners. The participants were 62 female students at Boarding School of DarulIhsan. To accomplish the aim of the study, 90-items of MIs (multiple intelligences) questionnaire, 25-items of grammar test were administered to the students. The data were analyzed through multiple regression analyses. Results indicated that both visual and intrapersonal intelligences were the most chosen intelligence of grammar accuracy and visual intelligence made a statistically significant contribution to predicting learners’ grammar accuracy.
