Abstract
This paper aims to give an over overview of the contribution Daycare UIN Ar-Raniry in improving employee performance and female lecturers at the campus and surrounding community. Parents (female faculty/employee-child-labor are three things that can not be separated from human life. On the one hand they required to perform better, on the other hand has a small pretion in their work sometimes split between office tasks and attention required of the baby in the Golden Age, tersedianya daycare a safe and comfortable and close to work site for parents to work from down to dusk is one factors affecting the perfomance of faculty employee. Other factors such as training and work experience, education, personality attitudes, organization, leaders social conditions, individual needs, the physical condition of the workplace, ability, work motivation and so on. One of the factors to make female faculty/staff to be effective in working with the unmet needs of individuals closely associated with the child.
