Abstract

Information systems and customer satisfaction are an inseparable part of an educational institution. Information systems have a contribution in decision making in an institution and customer satisfaction is the hope of managing the information system. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of information systems to customer satisfaction in Darul 'Ulum Modern Dayah Banda Aceh. Data collected using questionnaires and analysis used are simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determinant and product moment correlation analysis using the SPSS 16.0 application. The results of this study indicate that information systems influence customer satisfaction in Darul ‘Ulum Modern Dayah Banda Aceh. Obtained value Y = 2.307 + 0.390 X, this indicates that the information system (X) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significance value based on the value of Sig. 0,000> 0.05.
