Hubungan Hukum Islam dengan Hukum Adat dalam Ketatanegaraan Kerajaan Aceh Darussalam

Acknowledged that the relationship with traditional Islamic law in Aceh is very tight even inseparable. How is this sociological claims when compared with the official texts of Aceh Darussalam kingdom? This article explores this through a review of the manuscript three laws of Aceh, particularly related to siyasa and shape relations between the two legal systems. For the first, the substance of the text compared with the thinking of al-Mawardi in al-Ahkam al-Sulthaniyyah, while for the latter used the theory of Islamic law and customary relations in Indonesia. From the search results Relations with the Islamic law of customary law in the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam is found in two forms, namely the absorption of total and selective absorption.obtained the conclusion that the majority of Islamic law siyasa field has been absorbed into the structure of the Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam.
