Based On Obervations Of Researcher In Islamic Elementry School In Simeulue, The Reseacher Found That The Condition Of Some Students Were Lack In Memorizing Vocabulary And In Understanding The Mining Of Arabic Langguage, Furthemore They Cannot Express Arabic Sentences Correctly And They Were Difficult In Understanding The Purpose Of The Conversation Among Their Friends. All The Obstacles That’s Found By Stundens, It Causes Them Become Less Active In Learning Arabic Lesson. It Wass Caused By Methods Or Media In Arabic Learning Was Used By Teacher Was Only Depen On The Book, Especially In Speaking, And The Way To Memorize Vocabulary, Then The Researcher Tries To Provide A Solution For The Problems That Occur In The Class By Using Repetitive Strategies Through Picture As Media To Improve Students Abilities In Particular Speaking Skills, The Purpose Of This Study Is To Find Out Students Abilities In Speaking Skills Through Repetitious Strategies For Vocabulary Through Picture. The Method That The Researchers Used In This Study Was The Experimental Method( Pre –Expermental Design), The Istrumens For Obtaining The Data Are By Observasion And Questions In Pre-Test And Post-Test. The Population In This Study Was All Students In Min 3 Simeulue And Researchers Took Samples Of Reearch In Grade Fifth With 23 Students
