Abstract
This research was conducted with the goal of seeing the improvement in learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Ujong Kuta Aceh Besar. This study uses the Two Stay Two Stray learning model with realia media. This research uses a classroom action research method consisting of two cycles, each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were 25 fifth grade students, consisting of 14 male student and 11 famale students. To observe teacher activities, using observation sheets, while test sheets are used to measure student learning outcomes. The results of the study showe an increase: teacher activity increased from 70.83% in cycle I to 90.62% in cycle II, while student activity increased from 66.66% in cycle I to 89.58% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes also increased from 65.00% in cycle I to 87.50% in cycle II. This study shows that the use of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model assisted by realia media is very appropriate in improving student learning outcomes at SDN Ujong Kuta Aceh Besar
