Impacts on community concern, perception, and social jealousy were identified as potentially significant factors to occur during the entire Project phases from pre-construction to post-operation. There were a number of issues from stakeholders and communities that were discussed in the 2017 AMDAL Addendum regarding land acquisition, local employment, concerns related to dust, gas leak, disturbance to road transportation, also the expectation for community development program.
