Abstract
This article will investigate the application of autonomous law in Aceh that creating significant debate and indicated as mission impossible. The implementation of autonomy in Aceh Province-Indonesia have not only stopped the armed conflict, but also creating another conflict called clash of regulation. The clash of regulation has affected the provincial atmosphere, including economic welfare. Several articles in the Act of Government of Aceh has potentially-impossible to implement because indicated as contradicting regulation in central level. Thus, the principal of autonomous province seems impossible to implement, as some significant authorities still strongly griped by central government.
