Islamic law instructs the orphan guardians not to make arbitrary to orphans and their possessions. Because children are part of the young generation as one of the human resources that have a strategic role in the formation of a family is better. Guardians are prohibited from wrongdoing against orphans. The rules of legislation require the Guardian to make a list of his property so as not to mix the treasures of the orphans with the property of the Guardian, and in Law No. 1 the year 1974 on marriage is governed about the prohibition to use and consume excessively, move and sell the property of orphans. But the reality of society, especially in the subdistrict of the hands of Abdya District, the maintenance of the property of orphans is not carried out as specified. This research aims to see the problem of maintenance of orphans ' property by Guardians in the Sub-district hands of Abdya District, and its review according to Islamic law. The method used is the case study. The subject in this study was Keuchik, Imam of the mosque and some other related parties in the sub-district hands of Abdya district. Data collection techniques conducted observations and interviews. The results of the study of the orphan's treasures are carried out by the family party from the father's party or the mother's party. The orphaned Guardian's assignment process does not exist. The Guardian may use and spend the child's property, both the child's interest and family interest. Property maintenance practices are not recorded in the list of treasures. Form of the custodian's negligence in maintaining the property of orphans there are two, namely using the property of children excessively, and does not make a list of children's possessions. In terms of Islamic law, the maintenance of the property of orphans in sub-district hands tends not to comply with the provisions of Islamic law, because the guardians use the property of orphans excessively. Advice researchers should society deepen the science of Islamic religion, especially concerning the maintenance of the property of orphans.
