Peningkatan Kompetensi Personality Dosen di Perguruan Tinggi

Lecturers as educators in high-level institutions are required to have the ability in the field of personality or personality, because of intellectual ability or skill possessed lecturers without coupled with steady personality that would only result in the generation of intelligent candidate, but poor with character values. Personality competence of lecturers will not develop properly without the exercise of habituation, adaptation to positive activities, and equip themselves with innovations all the better. Many professors do not realize that all aspects are transferred to students (their students) will be remembered and used as a reference when the student will take his place, because it is as much as possible what is inherited lecturer should be a good charity, which is able to be remembered lifelong student. A lecturer of this paper is expected to have a good personality, namely: honest, responsible, disciplined, keeping promises, patient, sincere, and sensitive to the condition of students. So from the hands of the professors are able to enlighten to 10 students or more are able to bring about change in society.
