Abstract
This study discusses the role of family and school in shaping resilience to cyberbullying in adolescents with Down Syndrome. Using a qualitative method based on a multidisciplinary framework as the main basis to analyze the interaction between family and school education in supporting adolescents to deal with cyberbullying. Secondary legal sourcesused in this analysis include academic literature, psychology, education and sociology publications that support the understanding of resilience and its impact on adolescents. Data were collected, classified, recorded, and analyzed qualitatively through the process of inventorying and searching legal materials and academic literature. The results obtained from this research are that families play an important role through internet education, emotional support, and open communication, while schools contribute through inclusive education, anti-bullying policies, and social support. A multidisciplinary approach involving collaboration between families, schools, and professionals from various disciplines proved effective in helping Down Syndrome adolescents develop resilience to cyberbullying. This research shows that synergy between family and school education is crucial in providing comprehensive and effective support for these vulnerable adolescents.Keywords:cyberbullying, down syndrome, resilience, inclusive education, multidisciplinary approachAbstrakPenelitian ini membahas peran keluarga dan sekolah dalam membentuk resiliensi terhadap cyberbullyingpada remaja dengan Down Syndrome. Menggunakan metode kualitatif yang didasarkan pada kerangka multidisipliner sebagai dasar utama guna menganalisis interaksi antara pendidikan keluarga dan sekolah dalam mendukung remaja menghadapi bullyingdi dunia maya. Sumber bahan hukum sekunder yang digunakan dalam analisis ini meliputi literatur akademik, publikasi psikologi, pendidikan, dan sosiologi yang mendukung pemahaman tentang resiliensi dan dampaknya terhadap remaja. Data dikumpulkan, diklasifikasikan, dicatat, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui proses inventarisasi dan penelusuran bahan hukum dan literatur akademis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah keluarga berperan penting melalui pendidikan internet, dukungan emosional, dan komunikasi terbuka, sementara sekolah berkontribusi melalui pendidikan inklusif, kebijakan anti-bullying, dan dukungan sosial. Pendekatan multidisipliner yang melibatkan kerjasama antara keluarga, sekolah, dan profesional dari berbagai disiplin ilmu terbukti efektif dalam membantu remaja Down Syndromemengembangkan resiliensi terhadap cyberbullying.
