This study aimed to find out the problems face by student teachers’ during their teaching practice and to find out the strategies to overcome these problems. The participants were six students of English Language Education Department UIN Ar-Raniry batch 2019. The data were gathered using interview and thematic analysis was used as a technique analysis. The research findings show the student teachers encountered various problems, including a lacl of confidence, difficulties with lesson plan, inadequate supervision from tutor. One common strategy employed by student teachers to overcome these problems is learning through experience.
